Description

Villa Aloe Ibiza is a "de Luxe" spacious contemporary styled villa close to Ibiza town and Playa d'en Bossa with beautiful mountain and distant sea views. It was designed by a famous architect, Juan de los Rios, who designed , among others, a luxury 5-star Aguas de Ibiza Lifestyle & Spa Hotel. This comfortable upmarket holiday villa boasts a big garden with lawn areas, a spacious pool and many seating and chill-out places to enjoy the outdoor life. Villa Aloe Ibiza serves as a perfect base for families or groups of friends who enjoy being private and spend a lot of time at their home away from home, but at the same time like to be in convenient location close to Ibiza town and the beaches in the southern and western part of Ibiza island. Ibiza's best properties are not at the often crowded sea side locations but rather secluded in the interior of the island with good and quick connection to all most sought after destinations. Villa Aloe Ibiza, which has its name due to the many Aloe vera plants in the garden, is located in the upscale and peaceful residential area of Sa Carroca (which means The Carriage in Catalan) at just two kilometers away from Ibiza town centre and one kilometer away from Playa d'en Bossa beach. Other beaches, such as Las Salinas, Sa Caleta or Cala Jondal are just a short 5 - 10 min. drive away. At walking distance you have several bars and restaurants, grocery shops and a full size supermarket. In the spacious garden in front of Villa you can live outdoors and hang out by the pool without being seen by anybody. The comfortable seating areas, a large dining space as well as the solid, big outdoor barbeque kitchen invite to spend time together and enjoy the Ibizan summer. The house itself distributes on 350 m2 and offers a huge open plan living and dining area connecting with the modern, separate kitchen. On the same floor you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a courtesy WC. On the first floor the villa offers two further bedrooms sharing one bathroom as well as a library with a sofa-bed. From the spacious and furnished terrace on the first floor you get lovely panoramic views to the mountains, Ibiza old town and the sea. There is another upper floor terrace which overlooks the mountains.

 

There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in Villa Ibiza for the exclusive use by the guests. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom featuring a large King bed which has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closed with safe box. There is a direct access to the pool deck from the master bedroom. There are two adjacent bedrooms on the ground level as well. One of the bedrooms features a Queen bed and garden view. Second bedroom features two single beds and garden view. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a library / study room which features an additional sofa that sleeps 1-2 people. Upper floor bedroom 1 features 2 single beds and has direct access to upper terrace overlooking the pool with side mountain views as well as distant sea views. Upper floor bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and direct access to sundeck terrace with mountain views. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The master bedroom has direct access to its own en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath, shower and two sinks. Both ground floor bedrooms share one bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and one sink. There is another bathroom on the upper floor which serves two bedrooms. This bathroom features shower, WC, bidet and one sink.

A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to concretize the hours.
